Awards ceremony & Competitors' Party Sat. eve. approx. 1 hr after last competitor has completed the Marathon course. Extra tickets available for both events.

Marathon

Terrain: Rolling hills, some with steep inclines, tree lined trails, some gravel roads, pastures, creek crossing that may or may not have water.
Level: Training; 1 Section; up to 8 km; 5 Obstacles
Level: Preliminary; 1 Section; up to 10 km; 5 Obstacles
Other: VSE, Pony, and Horse all follow same Training or Prelimnary course, but VSE may have special obstacles.

Other Information

Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins in-state within 1 year, since April 11, 2009; out-of-state within 6 months, since October 11, 2009. Must send Coggins with entry! Paperwork will be checked before horses can be unloaded. No exceptions.
Stabling Information: 10x10 stalls in barn. No overnight trailer tying; however, stock panels and temporary corrals are allowed. Please contact Organizer with questions.
Driver/Groom twice around allowed on marathon? (Article 917) Yes as schedule and time allow.
Misc. Show info: Management reserves the right to refuse any entry. Dogs must be kept on leashes and controlled; no motorized vehicles except golf carts allowed on marathon course, section E obstacles are
within walking distance. Assistance provided if needed.
Awards Offered: Elegant ribbons for places 1 to 6 in all classes, awards for Best Dressage in each division and Best Conditioned Horse. Best placing Cleveland Bay Award. If warranted, Young Driver Award and Navigator Recognition Award.
Food Available on the Grounds: Yes, caterer on site Fri.6 pm- Sun. approx. noon.

Camping On Grounds: Yes, but no hookups. Reservations required, contact Organizer.

Directions to Show: From Fort Worth: go north on Interstate 35W to US Hwy 287W (towards Decatur/Bridgeport). Follow 287 approx. 12 miles and exit at Texas Hwy 114W (Rhome/Boyd/Bridgeport). Go west approx. 10 miles; go south on FM51 about 1 mile and turn right/west on FM2123 (towards Cottondale). Go 3 miles and turn left/south on CR3585 (corner store on right). When road Ts (1 mile) turn right. At the next left curve, turn right into driveway. North Texas Whip sign at entrance.
