Entry/Class Fees: $175; Post Entry Fees: If space allows, $25 extra if post marked after the closing date; Entry Fee Refund Policy: After closing date, none, before closing date refunds given less $25 office fee upon receipt of written withdrawal; Stall Fee: $22 per night for GMHA members, $35 per night non-members; Stall Refund Policy: Same as entry policy; Other Fees: No bedding provided, bagged shavings provided for $8 each; Make Checks Payable to: GMHA

Tentative Schedule

Stable Opens: Wenesday afternoon, any earlier arrivals must request permission prior to sending in entry; Secretary’s Office Opens: 7:30 am daily; Vet Check: on the move during dressage; Course Walk and Briefings: Mandatory briefing Thurs 6:30 pm. NO OFFICIAL COURSE WALK; Dressage: Friday 9 am; Marathon: Saturday 9 am; Cones: Sunday 9 am; Social Events: Competitor party hosted at Running Brook Farm, Sat night, 6:30 pm, $25/ person, must be purchased by August 17th.

Dressage

Marathon

Terrain: Quite hilly, numerous stream crossings; Other: SMV signs required, in case of excessive heat course will be shortened.
Level: Training, 3 Sections; 9-10km; 4-5 Obstacles
Level: Preliminary, 3 Sections; 10-12km; 5 Obstacles
Level: Intermediate, 3 Sections; 11-14km; 6 Obstacles

Cones

Ring/Warm-up Footing: Grass, may move to sand if wet conditions warrant

Other Information

Twice around rule (article 910): Competitors and Navigators may go twice
if the time schedule allows. Drivers or grooms may compete with a second entry at the discretion of the organizer, scheduling permitting. The second entry must be in a different division or entered as H/C and driven after the competiting entry. Grooms may ride with more than one entry in Competitions A and C.

Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within 1 year of show, must be submitted with entry.

Stabling Information: Permanent Stalls with doors.

Awards Offered: Ribbons 1-6 in each class. Overall Champion and Reserve
in each division. Team Award- must sign up before competitor breifing on Thursday. Teams consist of 1 Training, 1 Preliminary, and 1 Intermediate competitor.

Misc. Show info: Dogs must be leashed at all times. $30 loose dog fine per occurance. Must include copy of ADS card with entry. No ATVs. Junior drivers must wear approved helmets as per ADS rules.
