Levels/Divisions: Training, Preliminary, Intermediate, Advanced

Classes: Single Horse, Single Small or Large Pony, Pair Horses, Pair Small or Large Ponies, Multiple Horses, Multiple Small or Large Ponies in each division. Single VSE, Pair VSE, Multiple VSE in Training to Intermediate. Donkeys/Mules will be classed as horse or pony depending on height unless enough entries justify a separate class. Classes may be combined, deleted or expanded by organizers.

Fees

All fees should be paid in Canadian funds unless otherwise indicated. Entry Fee: $125; Post Entry Fee: $150; Entry Refund Policy: After closing date, entry fees only on receipt of vet or doctor certificate. Other circumstances, contact organizer; Stall Fee: $60 per stall for event, camping included; Self stabling/tie outs $10 per night to a max of $30; Stall Deposit: $30 per stall or tie-out; Separate Check? Yes, stall deposit will be refunded after confirmation that the stall has been stripped and cleaned; Stall Refund Policy: No refund after closing date.; Other Fees: $7 per horse Canadian drug-testing fee payable by ALL COMPETITORS at check-in registration. Friday supper complimentary, Saturday supper tickets are $15 each. Sunday Competitors' Banquet tickets are $30 each.

ALL CANADIAN COMPETITORS ARE NOW REQUIRED TO HOLD A SPORT LICENSE EQUIVALENT TO THEIR COMPETITION LEVEL. CONTACT SECRETARY FOR INFORMATION AND LEVEL REQUIREMENT. If a competitor arrives at the show without a Sport License, a one-time fee of $30 will be charged. THIS IS AN EQUINE CANADA GOLD PERMIT EVENT.

Americans: ADS non-member fees are $30 in US Funds payable to the ADS. All other checks should be in Canadian funds made payable to: High Country Events.

Stable Opens: Wednesday 3:00 pm (subject to change); Secretary's Office Opens: Early Registration on Thursday 6-8:00 pm. Friday at 10:00 am; Vet Check: Friday 2:00 pm; Course Walk and Briefings: Friday approximately 4:00 pm; Presentation: Saturday 9:00 am; Dressage: Saturday 9:30 am; Marathon: Safety inspection of harness/vehicles/spares 1/2 hour prior to competitor's start time; Cones: September 1, 9:00 am, vet observation in harness 1/2 hour prior to competitor's start time, course open 8:00 am; Social Events: Friday Course Walk Feast; Saturday Night Supper; Sunday Competitors' Dinner 6:30 pm.

Directions from Calgary - From the junction of Highway 2A (Macleod Trail S) and 22X, continue south on Highway 2A to 226 Avenue W then 9.7 km west, (curving south) to 306 Ave W, south 1 km to show site entrance on left. Signs will be posted.

Directions from the south on Highway 2 - Shortcut into Okotoks, west at Elizabeth Street out of Okotoks, curve straight north 9.1 km to show site entrance on right. Directions from the south on Highway 22 - Turn east at Turner Valley on Highway 7 to Okotoks, follow directions as above from Okotoks.
