Fees

Entry Fee: $125 or Combined Test $75; Post Entry Fee:$175; Entry Refund Policy: All fees before closing date. After closing, all fees less $25 with vet certificate; Stall Fee: Fri. thru Sun., $110; pairs and multiples additional horse stalls $70; tack stalls $50 if available; Includes 2 bag shavings per horse stall. Shavings available on grounds. NO STRAW. Additional days, $15 each. All horses must be stabled. For layover stabling, contact secretary; Stall Deposit: None; Stall Refund Policy: After closing, all fees less $50 with vet certificate. Other Fees: Golf carts available-contact secretary by Aug 13; Clinic Sunday evening (3 slots), Monday (8 slots) with Craig Kellogg, $65 include clinic fee with entry; Make checks payable to: Indiana Whips and Wheels, Inc.

Mandatory Safety Check prior to dressage and marathon; Dressage: Sat 8:30 am, may have some dressage Friday afternoon; Marathon: Sunday 8:30 am; Cones: Saturday following dressage; Social Events: Wine and cheese reception Friday after briefing sponsored by Pleasurethyme Driving Companions.

Misc. Information: NO PASSENGERS ALLOWED in any section as per ADS rules; Awards Offered: Classes - Prize & 8 ribbons, Championships, Secretary’s Award, Morgan High Point Award;Meals provided on grounds - we cannot charge but donations are requested to cover costs for Saturday lunch and awards party following marathon. Restaurant open 6am - 8 pm; Silent Auction & Sales Booth - donations for auction accepted until Friday evening. No schooling in hazards 30 days prior to event. Helments required on Section E of marathon. Breeching/brakes & SMV sign required. Extra bedding will be available on grounds. ALL DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH. Include copy of ADS membership card. Directions: From I-65 south of Indianapolis take exit 76 (US 31/Taylorsville). North 4 miles on US 31 to Edinburgh. At sign “Jct SR252 East” turn left on Old Hospital Road (may see signs about Camp Atterbury). Go about 3 miles, turn right into Johnson County Park on School House Road. Go 9/10 mile, turn left at 31st ST and go to barns I-J-K at the far side of the compound. Watch for ICDE signs. Office in tent. Detailed maps will be sent with entry packet.
