Obstacle Class Notes: flat courses, Pick Your Route and Town and Country classes will be measured a standard width measure for each division. VSE=1.5 meters; Pony/horse= 2.0 meters, Multiples=2.5 meters. Double Jeopardy will be timed at standard width =2.0 meters with halt requirement between drivers. Awards Offered: (unless otherwise noted)1-6 ribbons, Champion/Res. for each Pleasure division., Libby Whitmore Memorial Trophy, Jr. and Sr. Nashoba Carriage Association High Point Trophy, Concours d’Elegance, 1-10th ribbons in Magnolia Drive. Sr. and Jr. Championships are awarded for the high score overall for horse and driver pair at show (all classes to count). The Libby Whitmore Memorial Trophy is awarded to the High Score member (and horse pair) of Nashoba Carriage Association. Concours d’ Elegance is one overall award to be judged throughout the course of the Pleasure Show Sat. and Sun. Misc. Class Info: Order of go: Multiples to go first in all areas if possible. ADT dressage, cones and arena obstacles classes may be entered individually but a horse and driver pair must be entered in all three phases, at the same level, to be considered for an overall ADT award. Dressage ADT Dressage Test(s): Training Level Test 1, 2005; Preliminary Level Test 1, 2005, Intermediate Dressage Only Test = Intermediate Level Test 4, 2005, Dressage only entries welcome in all three tests. All dressage wil be held on Fri. TESTS AVAILABLE FROM ADS OR SEC. Magnolia Drive Notes: 4-5k leisure drive along lovely wooded trails (some asphalt) through Morgan Woods and neighboring estates, large easy dry creek crossing (could have some water), one road crossing; Type of Terrain: basically flat with small inclines through grassy fields and woodland paths. Mimosa Reception along the way. 1st – 10th place awarded overall, judged on suitability of horse and carriage, safety (spares required per ADS Pleasure Marathon in ADS Rulebook) and showmanship. Judges Inspection at Start and at Mimosa ReceptionTHIS IS A NON ADS RECOGNIZED CLASS. Other Information Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within 1 year of show date Stabling Information: excellent permanent stalls with sliding doors, covered aisles, wash areas, Shavings available on grounds, $6 per bag, or bring own bedding. Misc. Show info: Juniors join us! We have lots of young drivers in our area. Show Management reserves the right to drop or combine divisions/ classes when entries warrant. ADT and Dressage starts Fri. (times to be emailed ) ADT Arena obstacles are Friday night under lights. Pleasure Show starts tentatively at 9 am Sat & Sun., Contact Secretary for extra nights stabling.
