Fees

Entry/Class Fees: $300 for Advanced, $250 for Preliminary and Intermediate; Post Entry Fees: $50 additional if entry is postmarked after entries close; Entry Fee Refund Policy: Full refund before entries close. After entries close, refund of entry fee only with vet’s certificate. Separate check for $50 office fee to accompany each entry. If entry is complete, then the check will be returned. Entries must include copies of Coggins Test, ADS number, USEF number and FEI numbers must be including with entry and/or copies of cards from each entity, as required. ALL FEI entries must have either an FEI Passport or a National Passport. Office fee of $25 will be deducted from office fee for change of class or division after closing date. Jog, Thurs. 2 pm; Course Walk and Briefings: Briefing for all levels will be held Thurs. 5 pm; Presentation: On the Move; Dressage: Fri. 8 am; Marathon: Sat. 9 am; Cones: Sun. 9 am; Social Events: Welcome Reception Thurs. immediately following the briefing; Competitors Party, Sat. 7 pm

Dressage

Test(s): Preliminary Test 6, Intermediate Test 4 , FEI Test 9 for Singles (Horses and Ponies) Test 10 Pony Pairs and Teams, Test 8A, Horse Fours and Test 8 B, Horse Pairs. Prelim fours will do Prelim Test 5 in 100 m arena Ring/Warm-up area Footing: Competition Arena composite mix, warm up area composite mix and grass Other Dressage Info: If entries warrant, FEI dressage will be moved to Thursday, and the Vet inspection and jog will be moved to Wednesday. Prelim and Intermediate dressage will be on Friday. FEI entries will be notified AFTER the entry closing date if dressage, etc., have been moved to Thursday.

Twice around rule (article 910): Competitors and Navigators may go twice if the time schedule allows.

Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within 1 year of show date.

Directions to Show: Route 287 to Exit 22B (Route 206 North- Bedminster) Proceed north on Route 206 to light at Pottersville Road (approx 4.5 miles) Turn left onto Pottersville Road and immediately left again onto Fowler Road - look for signs to stables on left.
